Ottawa Recreation offers programs throughout the year, but especially in the summer, to provide recreational opportunities for the citizens of Ottawa. The Playground and Recreation Board members are committed to providing quality recreational opportunities with the lowest possible fee to the greatest number of people.
Summer Recreation Office Hours (June and July) Our office will be closed beginning July 25 until June 2021.

Adult Softball pick up game information available on the Adult Softball page. Ottawa Recreation will not sponsor an fall softball league. Play at your own risk.
Teams wishing to use City of Ottawa baseball and softball fields for practices must submit proof of insurance to the Recreation office in City Hall, and they must have proof available at practices. No exceptions.
