Ottawa City Recreation provides recreational activities and educational programming through out the cities 21 parks and public spaces, helping make Ottawa, IL a great place to live, work, and play.
The Recreation Department has a variety of programs and activities to make Ottawa fun for families, seniors, and kids of all ages.
We are a city appointed board that implements and develops Park Facilities in direct interest of its residents and shall play a leadership role in promoting the quality of recreation for all Ottawa residents.
Our Director oversees the operations and finances of all recreational programs and supervised park activities for the City of Ottawa
Our staff supervise and maintains a variety of programs for both Children and Adults in the Ottawa Community.
